M14 Castle Nut Thread Size?

Ain't too familiar with how threading is measured, but can anyone tell me what the thread dimensions are for the M14 castle nuts? Norinco and/or Springfield. Want to order parts for a project.

CAn't remember the actual sizes, but the Norc threads are Metric and the Springfield threads are standard.

For SA, Inc. and USGI, the thread size is 0.595-32NS-3B.
