excellent depiction of take down and assembly .... a MUST view for any new m14s/M1A owner.
 
yea, sweet vid. That is what I used the first time I did a detail strip. He needs to do a bolt vid though(with no special tools:) )He's got some other great dis/assembly vids too.

I tried follow the instruction on the embedded video link without luck can someone explain a little more so I can edit my post?

I wish I had a camera, I would post a vid of the bolt dis-assembly. Nobody ever seems to mention that the wrench for taking apart the gas system is also your bolt dis-assembly tool.
That vid is great, I believe you are also the guy who posted a 1911 dis-assembly vid. It was excellent!!
