M14 long range shooting?

I had a Schuster. Seemed the only setting that would cycle the action was fully closed. I gave up on it.

They don't really do much, unless you are shooting ammo that is not designed for for the '14s gas system.

If was using any sort of off the shelf x51 ammo, I would save your $$. The Schuster really seems to show it's worth when you're using ammo that would otherwise damage the rifle. Hornady Super-performance match 168gr A-max ammo for instance.
