M14/M1A Blank Firing Adapters

There are a few companies in the US that sell repros of the USGI M-12 (e.g. http://www.keepshooting.com/m14-blank-fire-attachment-kit.html),

but I assume that they are not allowable for export.

Does anyone know where, other than "stateside" to get a BFA for the M14/M1A?
 
I bought one not long ago from a small hobby store of all places. Came in the container minus the top but in very good shape otherwise. Never seen one before that or seen one since. There must be some out there so maybe try a WTB on the EE and you may get lucky.
