M14 Mount/Scope Problem

My scope it maxed out to the up possision and the bullets is still hitting about 4 inches low.

I uninstalled and re-installed the mount and scope with no change.

Any idea's im totaly lost here :confused:
 
Time to shim

You can put shims in the rings if you cant adjust the mount. Use rings that have 2 screws each side so you can accomodate the shims.

Please give as much info as you can when you are asking a question.....I'm at the point where I don't even finish reading the post.......let us know the info.

I'm 99% certain you are using a POS mount.....not a Smith or Arms mount.

What mount is it ?

Most likely you are best to toss it in the garbage and start again.

But........tell us what you are using....scope, rings and mount....then we might have a chance to help you
