M14 Synthetic stock question, with pictures!!

Wondering if i have a USGI synthetic/fiberglass stock. It has the selector cut out filled and looks to have been painted over with a flat black coating. Inside around the magazine well it is marked D-3741 GB-4 DT. Thank you. sorry about the table cloth

i would say ....... yes you have a usgi stock
no pics needed but post em if you have em

Definitely GI, one of mine has D - 3742 GB - 2 DT, another 2 are the same except for GB -1 and cutouts are still there.

selector filled usgi fiberglass stock.

springfield armory used to fill the selector hole on surplus usgi stocks, paint em with a textured paint and sell em on thier M1A's . these days i think they are a resin injected stock much like the M305 stocks, just a little nicer

there are also a crap load of cgners with this mod done to usgi stocks and they do pop up from time to time in the EE.

the better question is....... what's it worth to you hehehe
i'd say 75.00 to 150.00 seems to be the going rate these days.
only the original pristine condition ones will go for more than that... some times lots more.
