Any one have the tools to change stocks on the M14 they can lend me ?

I wont steel or break them and pay for shipping both ways if there is any cost
even pay a little to rent them

Any help would be nice thank you for your time

Not trying to be a smart ass, but you don't need any tools at all to change stocks on an M14. Unless of course you are putting together a Sage or a JAE100.

The only tool I can think of is the one to remove the stock liner screws. Needle nose pliers work OK for that.

you should be stripping the stock from the rifle EVERY time you clean it- download the manual - unless you've got one of those bedded jobs-if it's just a standard 14, when you remove the trigger group, the rest should pivot out- and one of those 2 point keys for the trigger locks will also remove the stock liner screws

go to your local cambodian tire and buy yourself a set of snap ring pliers......get the ones with the fixed tips (not adjustable) and you are good to go

Just use two pices of drill bit [ or any other round hard metal of appropriate diameter ] and hold the bits in place with needle nose vice grips or needle nose pliers. Snap ring pliers may break if the stock nut is tight, and you torque on them sideways.
