I recently built (am building? still missing the correct buttstock) a Nam-era M16 clone with three-prong flash hider, slab side upper, triangular handguards, and straight 5/20 round Colt mag on a Colt Sporter Match Hbar lower. The parts are a pain to find in Canada, I think your best bet is to put an ad on the EE. That's how I got mine but I didn't exactly steal them.
I'm not familiar with the CQ311 off the top of my head, you'll want to do some research first to make sure the triangular handguards will fit, both in length, and also the retaining ring at the front whose proper name escapes me at the moment.
Someone on the black rifle forum will likely know for sure whether the parts will work.
Good luck! Gotta love that early style M16/AR.
