Hello.
Just trying to ID some parts in my used , but not abused Springfield Armory M1A rifle. First of all, looks like this rifle is the older version of the M1A with serial # 025###. Some parts are stamped with letters and numbers, for example: bolt has an "X" and two rows of numbers on it, trigger assembly marked as "TRW" and numbers, hammer "SA" and numbers, op.rod is also "SA" and numbers. Front sight is "NM" and numbers. Can't find anything on the barrel, suppressor, bayo lug or gas assembly. The heel of the receiver is marked with the usual Springfield Armoury markings and what looks like a letter "T" in a cirle. Are these parts USGI? Rifle has a birch stock with selector cut and slotted upper hanguard, this one is USGI for sure. It will be a great bonus to know, what would she worth in her original configuration.
Presently, I have this rifle dressed in JAE-100 stock, however, unlike Norinco, this receiver did not fit quiet properly into the new stock, particularly the heel part of it. JAE stock needs a bit of dremeling to fit what seems like a little ledge on the bottom of the right side of the receiver. Also, this part won't fit into the Norc stock, also leaving small gap between the heel and the top of the stock. Is this normal for M1A? The trouble part can be seen here:

Here's the beast in her glory together with the birch stock(don't laugh at the bipod, it's the temporary one:D):

your springfield is a mixmaster-trw- thompson -roosevelt - woolridge made your trigger, anything marked sa is springfield armory,nm should mean national match- early springfields used a combination of usgi and commercial springfield parts, and anything marked trw, h&r, winchester, is for sure usgi- i don't remember whether sa ( springfield armory- the gov't one) and springfield armory, inc( the commercial one) shared the same stamp, or what the diff was
