A large slip on fits my Norinco plastic stock almost perfectly. The added benifit is it adds to the length just the right amount for me as well.

Another option is to get a USGI fiberglass stock as some of them are sold with the rubber butt pad.
The USGI stock is a good upgrade for these rifles , I bought a butt pad from Fabsports a couple years ago but I dont see them on their website anymore.
The bottom screw that goes into the rear sling swivel is a difficult thread to match as you will need a longer screw for the rubber butt pad if you just buy a pad.
What I did was have the rear sling swivel rethreaded to a comman thread pitch and used a bolt.
I rounded the hexagon sides of the bolt on a grinder (took 10 secs ) and then cut a groove on the center of the bolt head with a hacksaw for a flat tipped screwdriver .
The top screw in the butt plate is just a wood screw.
