I just got mine 2 days ago from Frontier and it states M305 .308 on the side (no M14). However, it is a Poly (though advertised as Norinco). It also has Bell Lifestyle.ca on the side (like others have posted). It is a 2009 model (from the serial having 2009 as the first 4 numbers).

Any idea on the availability of those flash hiders? I don't need (as opposed to want but promised the wife a .357 first) any more M-14's but I'd happily upgrade the FH's.

Yep. Can't do much with it right now. No stock ferrule, but I haven't been looking to hard for one. What I really want is an aluminum chassis
