In 1991, Bill C-17 tightened up restrictions and established controls on numerous firearms with military background. Legislation also made changes to the FAC system. Exactly, but let's not introduce facts into the whole false "left/right" paradigm!

Obama's anti-gun owner colleagues have done that....apparently ignoring Gallup data that says 2/5 Democrats are gun owners.

1. Will the rifles come with one, two or no cases?

2. Is it possible to ship the M305 first while waiting the eternity for the CQA to be processed by the powers that be?

M-305 comes with case, the CQa does not

We go with popular demand, customers want the longer CQa, so that's what we have made....
As for the shorty M-305, we have explained several times, too many issues, we will not import at this time
