M305 bbl twist rate?

anybody with some info on the stock bbl twist rate on M305?
Also looking for some input regarding the 10/5 rd mags for the M14....
The 5 rounders are cumbersome to operate and the 20'rs are kinda' long...
Any place to get them? - already plugged to 5...if possible.

should be 1/12 same as the 14- i've found the 20/5 to be the best mag- enough to hold on to, and they're the cheapest of the lot- those 5 roun flush mounts are a real pain to change-besides it'san m14- the mag is SUPPOSED to hang down- not a garand

Given the twist rate of 1:12, can be 175gr bullets stabilized or I should stick to 168s?
Is this affecting the trajectory past 500yds only....?

and another one: how do SGKs feed in the M14?
Only tried tipped of FMJ so far....

165-168 is about as heavy as you want to go unless you have access to unlimited funds and like rebuilding m14s- the 175 grain boys are replacing the oprods and other pieces at regular intervals and have armourer support
