Below is a transcript from an e-mail I had with John at Marstar:
R.S)I was at the range today and a shooter told me that after your current M3O5 s are gone, you won't be able to get any more.
J)Hi Richard, and you believe everything you hear.... ?? You did the right thing by contacting us directly.... We normally know more about our inventory than the "experts" out there....
We do have a few sales that have not gone through, we will have a few rifles available in 1-2 weeks, would you like us to notify you ??
R.S)I hope this isn't true.
J)It is and it is not, we have purchase all remaining units in China.... we have a few more shipments coming in and then its all over.... NO MORE
R.S)Can you tell me why there will be no more?
J)They are no longer being made, have not been in production for about 10 years.... We bought up all parts and components and had them made into rifles....
R.S)These rifles are so popular and affordable, it seems a shame that they would stop production?
J)The market for Canada is simply too small to justify setting up again....
R.S)Yes, please let me know when they come in. I will order more than one.
