M305/M1A/M14 Magazine Replacement Followers?

I have an M305 and some 10 round magazines (pinned to 5 of course) that need new followers. Are they available anywhere or am I stuck buying new mags?

My bolt catch wore out and instead of the bolt being held back after the last round, the bolt was flying forward into the follower and damaging them. I've replaced the bolt catch now, but 3 mags wont chamber the last round properly. I've tried some filing and a little tweaking with pliers, but no luck getting them to work reliably. They're just cheap Chinese mags with crappy finish, but I really like the 10 round mags and they aren't the easiest to find so I'd like to repair them if it's feasible.

If I do have to go mag shopping, I've read about some polymer mags that are made in Canada that peaked my interest. I can't remember the manufacturer name, but does anyone have experience with them or know where to find them?

Say no to polymer mags, not the best choice given the M14 BHO design.

Cheapest follower that are decent that I know of is to buy the cheap 5 round checkmate mags from Wolverine and steal the followers and baseplates for your 5/20 bodies.

Thanks for the tip. I spent some serious time at the workbench this afternoon and got the followers straightened out and working flawlessly again. It was a pain in the butt, but it's nice to have working mags.

SARCO sells them, I am not sure if they ship to Canada or not.
I have bought more than a few over the years.
Brownells may sell them also.

i tried emailing sarco via thier international orders email the other day as they list some no1 mk3 enfield surplus barrels ..... and i really wanna import one of those. My email was rejected so not sure what gives there. Might have to call them.

You better have part #s ready,even then you may run into issues.
I hope things have changed,but they were quite a cluster f$&k.
