M305 muzzle device options?

I tried the search tool, didn't come up with an answer. Is there an available muzzle device (brake or flash hider) that would use the factory threads on an M305?

I ordered a short M305 (M14) and have zero use for the bayo lug, on top of it blocking the gas plug. I'm going to ditch it and go with a gas lock front sight, but haven't decided on a muzzle device. I prefer something short, like a 7.62 A2 flash hider, but if anything screws directly to the stock threads I'm open to other ideas.

I know, I could get the barrel threaded, and might. Just curious, and if I can save the cost of threading.
 
I believe you can use any muzzle break designed for the m14/m1a but you need to keep your Chinese castle nut to attach it .
 
Any M1A-specific device will do. They'll fit the splined detail on the muzzle, you just have to re-use your chinese castle nut.

I have a Smith navy brake on mine; works like a charm. Thing recoils less than my trap gun does with light loads.

That's actually a better and simpler solution than I was pondering, fine looking piece of steel too. Now for the stupid question...any idea where I can source one up here?:redface:
