M37 Disassembly

Anyone with the new TNW M37 having trouble getting their back plate off?

I can not get the back plate to move more than one cm.

What am I doing wrong?

hi just wondering if you got it off and could you give me some insite on the procedure it looks a lot different than my 1919a4
