M4 survival buttstock WITHOUT a mag included?

Id like to order one of these but the included mag isnt legal in canada. Is it possible to order one without the mag? I assume any AR mag will work? Id really like one on my XCR build... would be the perfect finishing touch.

Also, is there a cheek riser available for it?

Sorry, we've had just about enough of magazines lately

I'll ask the lads in Israel if we can tear open the box and take out your mag. I've seen numerous other AR-15 magazines still fit inside the survival butt-stock.

Unfortunately our regular cheek rest will not fit this stock.
