M4 upgrades?

Just wondering what other nutters opinions are on upgrade parts for the M4. thinking about a side saddle and night sights. Does anyone know where I can find tritium sights?

almost perfect, but the OEM cocking handle, safety and bolt release suck balls

I see one of the sponsors here carries the larger charging handle but where are you guys getting the bolt relaese, safety etc? I checked a couple of US sites including Benelli's site but none of them ship to Canada.
