M44 carbine bolt turned down question

Is it possible to find a turned down bolt for an M44 carbine? I do not need one since I do not target shoot or anything with it. I am just curious if it is fairly easy to find a turned down bolt. Thanks in advanced

A standard aftermarket turned bolt for a 91/30 should work AFAIK, just switch the bolt head and gauge the firing pin.

Ok thanks a lot, i guess i will try switching the bolt from the 91/30 and the M44.

I just tried the 91/30 bolt in the M44 carbine and it works fine, I have not fired it like this tho.

You need to keep the bolt HEAD with the rifle it came off as Mosins headspace on the BOLT HEAD.
