M4A1 Handguard

I'm not sure if this is the right category but here goes.

I have a M4A1 and i would like to customize it. I have been looking around forums and websites for the past 2 month and i have yet decide what i want to do to the front handguard.

What i'm looking for:

Metal handguard that will let me have a non stop rail on top, and one rail on each side.
No more M4A1 triangle iron sight!
Flip up iron sight.
Must look good with a Eotech 552.

So i was really into the Daniel Defense Lite Rail 12.0 but at the price it's going... it kind of decourage me to dish out +$500 for just a handguard... Yes they are worth the money but not to me (unless i can find one cheaper than i'd grab it lol).

So what do you guys suggest or use on your M4A1?

Well.... if I had a M4A1 I would not be spending my money on a accessories I'd be spending it on ammo because I have a full auto gun.

Now, if you have a AR-15 that is a 14.5 Carbine thats annother thing. :D

You want a non stop rail and you want to get rid of you FSB? Well, you are going to have to get a low profile gas black to fit under the handguard or if you want you can cut and grind down your FSB " triangle front sight" and use that to save some money.

You can look at 9, 10 or 12" rails or even a 7" but that would look funny.
If you want a continous top rail I would look at Midwest Indistries. They make some nice rails and can be had from Wolverine Supplies.

You also need to decide if you want a two piece or a one piece (tho I don't think they make one piece continous rails? Maybe...)

Anyways, the MCTAR-24 10" carbine length will fit the bill for you. (see here for specs)

Check out Wolverine supplies. They carry Midwest Industries or MI for short. These folks make good kit and its around half the cost of the troy.

If you'd like a setup as close to the Army M4A1, go with the RAS, which is a drop-in replacement for the standard handguards.
