M69 Shultz & Larsen target rifle - diopter sights

Hi folks;

Need help understanding Danish diopter sights on M69 Shultz & Larsen target rifles. Can't figure out (or find) the value of a click on both windage and elevation dials (1/4 MOA, 1/6 Moa/ 1/2 MOA, etc.) and how to actually read the dial on the elevation scale. Just got the rifle, need to zero it.
