Very sharp looking rifle! It looks like a well thought out hunting rig and I even like your colour pattern. Congratulations and I hope you enjoy it and hopefully she shoots as good as she looks.

I like the looks of that rifle. Now this might sound like a silly question but how does one go about having a M70 action into a Sako McMillan stock ? Lots of fancy work or ordered from the manufacture like that ?

I believe McMillan will inlet one of their Sako pattern stocks for the M70 action.

Nice! Will you be taking that on the next trip to NFLD?

.

Who knows! :D

The stock is a copy of a Sako Hunter, complete with monte carlo cheek piece and palm swell. They will inlet that pattern for several different actions, including Rem 700, Rem 7, M70, Sako AV etc, Sako 85, Sako A7, Wby Vanguard/Howa, Tikka T3, 595, 695 etc.

All inletting is CNC.
