A friend of mine has a Win M70 Coyote in .22-250 that he's owned for 6 years or so, and shot many rounds from.Recently,it's been breaking extractors. For some reason the cases are sticking to the point that the extractor breaks upon opening, leaving the case stuck in the rifle. He's replaced it about 4 times now,and it just happened again. He was buying the extractors from Western Gun Parts, but now they say they no longer have nay in stock, and can't get any more either. I told him I'd ask here to see if anyone can give soem idea of what may be causing the issue, and where a new extractor might be obtained. The load she is shooting are all well within spec, and performed well for many years. No obvious pressure signs on the cases, is it possible the case head has expanded from multiple reloading? He always trims them before loading, and they seem to chamber fine.Any idea's?
