Does anyone know if Winchester currently makes the Model 70 in left handed actions? I haven't found anything on their website.

Thanks in advance.

Hi. Looks like they've been discontinued. Listed on their 'Historical Firearms' pages only. You might find a used one though.

Many others make lefties. I have several CZ lefties, and a Ruger 77mkII stainless. Seen a few leftie Remmies lately. Read the EE regularly. Even saw a Sako recently which I thought would never happen.

I'm at the shot show right now, and I asked Winchester.
They did have one in development, but it has been shelved in favor of increasing the available chamberings.

Come to the shot show section, there are a number of us down here, and we will be posting pictures, and stories for the next while.

That LH Sako is sitting in my safe now :)

Winchester hasn't made any LH rifles since FN took over. I really would like to see them come up with a couple of models but I'm not holding my breath...too em what, 4 years to come out with a LH Xbolt. Might be a long wait.

I have run into a few leftie Remmies but for what I would pay for a used one in some cases I can buy a new CZ. So the Remmies are so much better than the CZ?? Then again Im not a fan cuz they dont make anything I can shoot except for pumps and semis. I will spend my money elsewhere. Glad to see that Sako leftie found a home. I thought about it but didnt have the cash. Working on another deal anyways.
