M77 Extractor Question

Search Ruger bolt. They are the first two bolts to show.

Just did. I contacted the individual and just purchased a spare 30-06 bolt. Thanks for the heads-up. I am still going to play with a M1917 extractor.

BTW, he still had a spare Magnum bolt (458) for the tang safety M77, in mint condition. If anyone wants it, I can send you his contact number or email.

This is why I love this forum! Thank you Tiriaq. I will order an Enfield 1917 extractor from Numrich. Fingers crossed as there is no shortage of M1917 extractors to be found. And thank you Jim Sullivan for a smart design!

Didn't the M1917/P1914 action became the Remington 700 action ??

No, the P13/14 and M17 rifles became first the model 30, 30 express, and eventually the 720. All good rifles. I've owned a few of them all, except the 720. But I'm still looking. - dan
