M91 Dragoon vs M91

Looking at downsizing and one on the block is a M91 dragoon Mosin Nagant. Its been a while since I've seen one for sale, are they still roughly on par with a standard M91, more desirable, less desirable? Not talking about a 91/30 or ex-dragoon.

A Dragoon with any kind of originality would be as scarce as a similar condition Russian M91. Even Finn-owned or SCW Dragoons with very little originality can go for fairly high dollars here in Canada.
