I got a little excited with my unissued yugo mauser and rotated the bolt sleeve with the safety in the off position, now its stuck like that... Anyone know how I can fix this?

thanks

Thank you, just required a little effort :) For the record if anyone else has this problem, this is a great solution works well too.

I guess everybody that has used Mausers very much has done this! It was a long time ago that it happened to me and took a while to figure out. Hooked it on a solid wood table, and back she came. Worries over.

Yeah it had me a little worried at first. But now that I see how everything works, assembly/disassembly is a breeze. I *may* have a mauser addiction now

Ammo prices are a reality check though, its ok I needed some extra motivation to get into reloading anyways. Some people have told me to get my equipment used off ebay, any advice?

bolt cocking tool which I made from a 1/2" threaded steel bar of which we had many at work (inspired by illustration of an Israeli tool in the GPC catalogue)

A flat steel strip with the end bent into a J-shape as a handle would be an easier basis for such a tool.
