New? Don't know.
Old? Yup ... Cooey made them, also Savage and a couple others.

Lakefield use to make the Mossberg 500 shotguns, these days they make Savage .22 rifles.

There is Les Paul (not the guitar player) who is in Ontario. Traditionally trained British gun maker. He advertises in the Double Gun Journal. Custom made guns, and not cheap, but I'm sure they would be made to London Best standards.
