mag conversion for a 7mm mag

so I have a weatherby vanguard 7mm Rem. Mag. and l love the gun for hunting but the magazine is a fixed spring mag. I tried to look for an after market conversion kit for a detachable box mag but con't find any for this gun. Would any one know if anyone make an after market mag conversion for this gun and where I could get it. any help would be appreciated
