Mag Coupler Demo

I watched a guy using a mag coupler last season. It seemed to speed up the second mag change.

Problem with mag couples is fitting them into mag pouches.

I prefer a BFG Redi Mod instead.

Odd.

Notice near the end of the video when he is shooting that the charging handle reciprocates partially, and stays halfway back when the bolt locks open?

I thought it was not supposed to do that...

Ya, I saw that too. I have never had a Norc do that.... I guess he did not use a M4gery.

I didn't miss that. I just had too much other new gear to gape at to mention it.

In my set up, I use coupled mags for the first set on the rifle (which then gets tossed in the dump pouch) then go to singles. That way if I have a stage III or "Ate" stoppage in the opening shots, I don't have to contend with the redi-mag getting in the way. The rest are singles.

This is how I intend to use the mag coupler. Select parts of the course of fire, then into the dump bag it goes.
