I traded into a couple magazines and have no idea what they are for. Unfortunately I don't do pictures. The mags are somewhat similiar to my BAR magazine. My BAR is in 3006 and was made in the 70's (Belgium) They obviously belong in a rifle with a hinged floor plate like the BAR. The bottom looks very similiar. The right hand side has a vertical open slot near the front with a tab which pulls the follower down.
It has the following markings- on the back end
ITALY
7RM
270WBY MAG
and on the follower-
270 WEATH MAG
7MMRM
My first thought was a later version of the BAR but the Italy and Weatherby Mag thing makes me wonder.
Any estimates on fair value. I will be trading or selling them. I have two.
