This loader will work for Savage 64, Rossi RS22, Mossberg 702 rifle magazines (and also the Norinco Olympia pistol magazines) and likely others.

I just bought this mag loader (from an ad. by Titus1 on G@nP@st) to try it in use on my Rossi RS22 rifle mags, and found that it works well on those Rossi magazines (which are the same as those for the Mossberg 702).
It's originally made for use with Savage 64 mags but, as luck would have it, as well as fitting and working well for the Rossi mags I found that it also works well for my Norinco Olympia pistol mags, and saves wear and tear on fingers and thumbs overcoming the mag spring pressure, especially for pushing the last couple of rounds into any of the mags.
The above photos show it in use on a Norinco pistol mag, and it's very handy to have.
I have no connection to the loader maker, save as a happy buyer, but just want other shooters to be aware.

What's old is new again?

This type of loader was developed by Hiljak years ago. I posted about it on Savageshooters back in 2019 and earlier (I can't find the post). Here's their site -> http s://hilljak.com/shop?olsPage=t%2F22lr&page=2 I modelled mine after the Tippman loader, and made mine from bits around my shop, only cost 1/2 hour - details in the following post on SS -> http s://www.savageshooters.com/showthread.php?38059-Savage-64-Speed-loader&p=458692#post458692 -- Post #8 ; and this one -> https://www.savageshooters.com/archive/index.php/t-64117.html

Here's mine, it still works but I find it now easier (after a few years' practice) to load directly, starting with the cartridge upright - push down and then slide back to get the rim under the lip, then press on in.
