Magazine for a Mossberg 352K

I just obtained thgis rimfire and find it shoots great but I think the magazine has feeding issues. Would the mag that came with it be a 5 shot ? when i load more than 3, it starts to hold the shell funny, sometime the spring stays compressed and the shells are not held tight. In fact they will shake out unless i tap the mag to free the spring. There is probably a fix for this I guess but i cant see a away to disassemble the mag as its pressed together. Maybe it needs to be sprayed clean?
 
Should be a 7 shot mag. To disassemble the bottom plate should slid off towards the front. If you can post a picture of the mag it would help. You could have the wrong magazine to. There are 3 that are similat but may not work properly in the gun you have.
