Magazines for a XCR-L

Hi,
Just a quick question about PMags for an XCR-L. Gen-2 or Gen-3 and have you had any issues with either type in your XCR? I'm looking to buy some but am unsure of the advantages of the Gen-3 over the cheaper Gen-2.

I don't have an xcr but I have gen 2 and gen 3 pmags and I can't tell the difference when using them, my ACR feeds from all of them without issues.

XCR will work with all STANAG magazines.

I have tried many magazines for my .223 XCR.
Have not had a single issue with any one of them
That's LAR, PMag that came with it, Aluminum Standard 5/30 pinned etc etc
The rifle eats any ammo out of any magazine for me. It's a very reliable simple design.
