Looking for a non-restricted, short barrel, semi-auto magfed 12ga, does such shotgun exist? and who sell those? thanks for all usefull info.

My wife and two of our very good friends run the Huntgroup FD-12bullpup shotgun in competition and they have proven to be very reliable. The bullpup is very compact due to the design, and after breaking them in with about 200-250 rounds of heavy hunting loads( believe me,,they need to be broken in) they will cycle anything from low brass target loads to slugs with no problems.
If you check the serial number before you buy, be sure it starts with OD###x, allegedly this means they are inspected by an O’dell employee in Turkey before being accepted. O’Dell are also excellent to deal with on warranty if necessary.

Bullpup 12 ga semi are nice and compact but there's no weight to absorb recoil.

Anyone that's shot my n4s has complained about the recoil, even with LEO reduced slugs. It's a nice smooth gun that feels good but has a noticeable sting compared to others of similar size and weight

Go to a store and feel how they handle if you want to look for one, ammo location dictates weight distribution. 10 round pump mags can be a bit heavy if they're too far forward.

Not many come up for sale but if you can find one of the 8.5 inch Grizzly 870 clone magfed I would go with one of them

Canam brought them in, haven't seen them in years I wonder why no one else is importing them now

Pretty sure that Canada Ammo was the only ones to bring them in. They were made by Norinco/Polytechinc as special order for Can Am. That being said, there is another company that is bringing in Norinco 870 clones; the T870. Perhaps they will bring in some of the mag fed.

The CanAm Dominion Grizzlies were some of the best off shore shotguns ever made, its no wonder they never go up for sale.
