I just bought a couple of these today:

They hold ten rounds and allow you to load a mag (in my case Questar 10 rounders) in a matter of seconds. A little expensive but I'm impressed.

Yep, when you're shooting thousands of rounds in a weekend that loader comes in very handy. Bought a couple myself, they're awesome.

The mag springs on my S&W .40 are so tough after reloading 10 times my thumbs were almost non existent... Then I seen The Lula
