Any suggestions for a magnifier 3-4X / red dot combo for under $500?

Going to be mounted on a NEA-15 12.5" Carbine

It comes with the mount. If your interested, heres where I got my Sightmark magnifier. I can't find the original thread where I read this, but I think Mako sold sightmark their old models, when Mako went to their 2nd gen magnifiers. They look identical. It comes in 3x, 5x, and 7x. It's not amazing quality, but its good for the price. I have the 7x, but comparing the magnification to my other scopes, it seems more like a 5x. Works fine though! Didn't want to drop $$$ on something for my rimfire.
