Magpro rifle powder source

It seems that thru all my searching (for months now) there is absolutely none to be had in Canada. To my understanding as of late there are new importing regulations for certain powders and Magpro is one that falls under these new regs for import/export from the U.S. I may be wrong and hope that if you find some you let me know so I can get ahold of some as well.
