I like it. I like it a lot.
Makes the gun feel very solid.
After shooting my AR for years using a Magpul Carbine stock I decided to try something different.
Started looking for a fixed A2 style stock but determined I didn't want to change out the buffer tube, spring, etc...to make it work.
Further searching resulted in a Fixed Carbine Stock that would maintain the existing look of the rifle - but with the benefits of a fixed stock.
The only downside to this venture was the fact the stock was shorter than an A2 by 1-3/4 inches.
After kicking around the idea I ended up searching for and buying a commercial version for $39 (I figured if it didn't work out I could always unload it on the EE for a billion dollars) from One Shot Tactical.
Installation was straight forward and the results are as shown below. Hardest part was figuring out if my buffer tube was commercial or military.
Rifle with new Gen 3 Magpul 20/5 Magazines.

I had started to look for the .80 inch spacer in anticipation of having to lengthen the pull but hadn't had any luck prior to the stock appearing via Canada Post.
Much to my surprise, after installing it and presenting the gun to my shoulder I found my nose just touching the charging handle (which is just the way I was taught).
This was the same position my adjustable stock was set to when shooting iron sights.
Fit and feel is standard Magpul which is great.
Might still go for longer spacer but it is a "want" and not a "need".
20 round magazines add to the compact feel of this standard 14.5" barrel gun as does the new "rubbery" Moe Grip +
P.S. Butt stock end plate differs between the fixed version and collapsible version (i.e. you can't swap spacers out since they are different).
Price was reasonable and I like the end result.
