Any Ideas on where to grind?

I can get the upper piece on but the lower is about 2-3mm too long. Ah nothing better than getting the Dremel out and being Bubba..

Are you sure you're pulling the delta ring far back enough? It can be a real PITA to do without three hands.

It common with the Norinco M4's. If you do a quick search you'll find multiple threads on this same topic. Most people have resorted to a file or dremel to take off the extra plastic.

Im having the same trouble installing a quad rail on my Norc....I can get the top piece on but not the bottom....I am going to try a HG removal tool to make sure the ring is compressed all the way...if that doesnt work I will have to get the dremel out...The handgaurds came off easy enough.
