Magpul MOE stock on MP 15-22

Hey guys,

I am trying to remove my Magpul MOE stock from my S&W MP 15-22 but the collapsible stock won't slide off from the buffer tube.
Once it got to the last furthest away from the gun, the stock stopped. It feels like it is locked.

Anyone know how to remove it?

You really need to slide that peg down really hard to get it off the last part of the buffer tube. If your fingers aren't hurting, your are doing it wrong.

I press the lever down already while pulling it back, but it stuck at the end. I feel like it is pinned inside or something.

Anyone else experience this?

Weird, I was assuming it was the same as removing one from a regular AR buffer tube. Like this:
