Hey guys,

This is probably going to sound like a really stupid question but since I can't find any information on the web i'll ask anyways.

How do I install Magpul rail covers onto a picatinny forearm? Do you slide them on from one end, or do you clip them on? I am assuming that you clip them on but when I try to do this there doesn't seem to be enough room for it to go. I am worried about putting to much force on the plastic and cracking it. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Cheers

they aren't easy to instal
1st thing I did was soak them in hot water [make them more pliable] dry them off
2nd hook them on the rails on one side and push them over the other side

Thanks guys

I felt like such a fool not being able to get them on.

:slap:

BTW I just put these panels on and I must say they were the biggest pain in the ass! Even after soaking them in hot water they still took a whole lotta effort to get onto the rifle. I guess they are made like that to ensure that they dont come off easily afterwards.

Cheers
