Regarding your supplier list I called Red Deer Shooting Centre and the guy I talked to said they had lots of Magpul stuff on order but no 10/22 stocks. Not sure if he just didn't know or not.

They do indeed have them on order! Black and FDE shipped to them on 10 September.
