Hello guys
What carrier I should choose if I ordering mags from Brownells ?
Your experience ...?
Shipping cost ?
Thank you in advance ...

I've ordered mags from Brownells a few times. No problems at all.

Me too. I've bought mags from them several times with no problems. Just make sure that they are not hi-cap mags. 10 rds or less and under $100 and they will ship to Canada. Cost is usually $5.58 but the last 2 orders it's around $5.75 for shipping. Pick USPS Priority Parcel Post and they will ship it INTFC.

Yes you can get gun parts including mags (except guns, frames, barrels or barrel liners) but with a $100.00 parts limit without a export permit. This $100 limit does not apply to tools or anything that does not go "in,on or through" a firearm. Be aware however that not all manufacturers of parts listed in Brownells catalog are licenced to ship out of the USA. If you call Brownells and tell them what you want they will tell you immediately if it can be shipped to Canada. I know Metalform mags are good to go. About shipping: yes to USPS - great service but DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use UPS because unlike Fedex - they do not do their own customs clearances and you will be raped over for broker fees!!!!!

Do they consider anything over 10rds in a 22 magazine to be a hi-cap mag.

I once tried to order a flash suppressor from Brownells, They emailed me that it was an SME and could not be shipped. I looked up "SME" it stands for "Significant Military Equipment" Laugh2

I've ordered mags at least 5 different times, no problems as long as the manufacturer is registered with the State dept, and I use the United States Postal Service (USPS). There is a reason UPS trucks are coloured brown; its the sh*tty service they provide.

I'll add my name to the list of people that order from Brownells. Got a new trigger for my NP29. Also just ordered 2 magazines for my SR9 which should be here this week. If you order online write in the comments least expensive shipping they will send it by USPS. Also if they can't ship something to you because of the US laws they will email to let you know.

I ordered some mags from Brownell's. I bought 2 Wilson ETMs... However when I called to order I asked for the cheapest shipping and they sent it by one of the most expensive. Like 20 some bucks for shipping.
