I am glad I found this page on CGN.

I want to share my experience with magwedge.

I ordered a sks sight tool on 2023-10-08. (39.99+15$ shipping for a total of 56.99)

I never got any news from them regarding the shipping of my item.
I went on their website and contacted them through their contact form 3 or 4 times yet since October 2023 without any reply. ( we are now 2024-01-04) it’s been 3 full months without any answer from them.

If you want my opinion, stay away from them. They’ll take your money and you will never hear from them ever again.
 
Its been a few years, but I bought two rails and two magazine adapters for SKS from them and had no issues. Sorry to hear you're getting the silent treatment from them now.
 
I feel your pain, I tried to order a bipod for a G36 from RKS out of the states 2 years ago, I finally gave up as the final response they gave me was “talk to our attorney” so unfortunately had to bite the bullet on that one.

Magwedge I have actually ordered a couple things from so it is odd they are ghosting you.

Mea culpa, somehow we missed his order.

I believe our contact form is not working properly and never notified us.

When the customer notified us via email we refunded him promptly as requested.

I should add that the customer is perfectly aware of this.
 
So they took your money and then told you to pound sand?

Well this went on for 2 years of me asking for updates on the order, long story short they kept giving excuses for delays and when I got a little annoyed and just asked for a refund that is when they told me to talk to a attorney…..
Knowing well that it is not worth seeking legal counsel for a $250 order. But if you google RKS not many good things are said about them so I guess I should not be shocked.

this is not magwedge someone else. I orderd last week received the shipping confirmation. As mentioned the phone number is on the invoice when the email confirmed my order.

If you paid by credit card, reversing the charges might be an option for you.

I would appreciate it if you could move the RKS convo elsewhere.

I would’ve liked but they don’t give any phone number. I found on business registry the phone number of the owner but didn’t get any call back.
 
*UPDATE*

Well surprisingly enough after a few contact form filled, 2 phone calls to the « I think » owner found on the business registry page and after this post on CGN someone contacted me by email saying the order was ready to be shipped but had been forgotten on a desk for weeks. He offered me to ship or refund. I chose the refund since I found why I needed somewhere else in the meantime.

I don’t know if it is the phone call to the what I think to be the owner or the post on this wonderful forum, but I managed to get things sorted out and got my money back!

Maybe it was just a one mistake but it was the only time I had business with magwedge. Maybe I just got unlucky but not providing a phone number or not replying to the contact forms is enough for me to look somewhere else. At least they seem to be honest people and got me my refund… with some labor.
