Mainitoba Wild Boar

While overseas I was fortunate enough to collect a warthog, and enjoy the best pork I've ever eaten. This got me to thinking about Manitoba's wild pig population, so I did a an internet search and was amazed with what came up. As of 2001 all of Manitoaba has become a wild boar control zone, and Maitoba residents can hunt these guys 7 days a week, year round. We're been looking like mad, but they're in short supply. It's surprising
even with the number of farms around.

I found a good patch of dug-up earth in the sandilands that had wild boar written all over it. But that's the closest I've gotten.
