Does anyone else in Canada know of a company that can make AR uppers?
(I've already contacted DLASK)

If so please post (I want to shop around before making ultimate decision).

fyi, since you've contacted Dlask, have you done a search on here for the Mini moose? there used to be quite a few reviews on here on that gun, and i remember them all being all quite positive...
 
Or you can get Questar to import a short Bushy upper with a ER Shaw H-Bar. You can source it thru FTF Industries. Runs ~$350 USD. They come complete, tuned and work flawlessly.
