Making a CZ SCOUT into 22WMR?

Can these be reamed into 22WMR? Are the bolts the same from 22LR to 22MAG? I know not all rifles can be due to the bolt and having to withstand pressure.

The bolt faces i believe are different as win mag is larger rim size and then the magazine would present another problem.

I think the bolt face would be the easiest task in this endeavor.

Looking at my CZ's, the bolt throw is different, the action is different, the mag well, the cut of the bottom metal...

If the scout was a 455 rather than a 452, it would be significantly simpler.
