Making a game getter legal.

Hi guys, if a person was to weld the folding stock in the open position on a 12" barrel marbles 1908 game getter, would it be a non restricted gun?

AFAIK it's considered a pistol, so no.

If it had a fixed overall length that met the criteria then mmaybe, you would need to speak with a verifier. It would have to be a permanent alteration and verified as so changing its status to non-restricted.

A verifier can only match a firearm with an FRT entry. Contact the SFSS techs.
